White River Trout Lodge Accommodations

Our lodge has three levels, each self-contained with the modern conveniences we've all become accustomed to, including seperate central heat and air units for each floor. We have rewired the lodge to provide ceiling fans and modern lighting. Each level has a private deck, but there are two community decks available, which are down by the water. Our guests can share them or if someone wishes to use the community deck for a special event, they may do so by renting the whole lodge for the minimum stay and paying a nominal refuse fee.

	Upstairs	- (1-2 people*) One bedroom, den, kitchenette, and full bath. This level has a TV with DSS, refigerator-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a charcoal gill on a private covered deck.
	Main Level	- (1-4 people) Two bedrooms, great-room with fire place and kitchen, and full bath
	Downstairs	- (1-6 people*) Two bedrooms, den with fireplace, separate kitchen, and full bath
		The Main Level and Downstairs each has a TV with DSS, full kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, and a charcoal grill on a partially covered private deck. * The Upstairs and Downstairs can each accommodate two extra people with the use of futons and a roll away.
	Whole Lodge	- (up to 16 people) With rental of the Whole Lodge you get all of the above and some other options which come along with exclusivity.

	We have outdoor dining available on each level with ceiling fans, lighting, and outdoor furniture. We provide charcoal and lighter, wood for the fireplaces, coffee, paper towels, soap, and a few spices as well. All you really need is your food.
	Policies- We are a pet free, smoke free lodge. Ashtrays are provided outside on the decks. We require a two- night minimum stay unless it is a major holiday, in which case we require a three-night minimum stay. Reservations can be made with a 50% deposit, fully refundable with a 14-day cancellation notice. We will be happy to reschedule if we have 14 days notice or hold your deposit for you if you wish. The deposit does not include the 9% sales tax, which will be added to your bill when you get here. Discount options are available as follows. There is a $25 per night discount for whole lodge rental. If someone wants to rent any one level or the whole lodge for a week, then the 7 th night is on us. If someone wants to book 4 weeks within one year, consecutively or not, then he will only be charged for 21 days. Check in time is 3:00 p.m to 11:00p.m.. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. All accommodations are inspected for cleanliness before your arrival. Gift Certificates are available.
