The Bottom Floor, with over 1,150 square feet, is closest to the water and is set up to sleep the most people. Multiple windows in the kitchen & living room bring the river and bluff views inside.
The kitchen and den open onto a very large deck that is partially covered and has two ceiling fans. The atmosphere inside is extremely quiet because it is partially underground.

Terms:
We are a pet free, smoke free lodge. Ashtrays are provided outside on the decks.
We require a two- night minimum stay unless it is a major holiday, in which case we require a three-night minimum stay.
Reservations can be made with a 50% deposit, fully refundable with a 14-day cancellation notice. We will be happy to reschedule if we have 14 days notice or hold your deposit for you if you wish.
Discount options are available as follows: if you want to rent the Bottom Floor for a week, you only pay for 6 nights.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. All accommodations are inspected for cleanliness before your arrival.
