Terms:
The Red Shed Studio Apartment is pet friendly for an additional $10 per night, per pet. The Red Shed is smoke free. An ashtray is provided outside on the deck for smoking outside.
We require a two- night minimum stay unless it is a major holiday, in which case we require a three-night minimum stay.
Reservations can be made with a 50% deposit, fully refundable with a 14-day cancellation notice. We will be happy to reschedule if we have 14 days notice or hold your deposit for you if you wish.
Discount options are available as follows: if you want to rent the Red Shed for a week, you only pay for 6 nights.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. All accommodations are inspected for cleanliness before your arrival.
